Larry Leblang's Deco Buildings featured by Fearrington Artists

"A while ago I asked my wife what she wanted for her birthday,. " recounts Fearrington Village artist Larry Leblang. "The Chrysler Building," she replied. So Leblang drew her the Chrysler Building 30 inches high and 12 inches wide, the tower with all it's sunburst, the triangle windows, the gargoyles, all the deco touches. She loved it, and it became the beginning of Leblang's love affair with deco architecture.

Seventeen of his drawings are currently featured by Artist Studios at Fearrington Village, and can be seen online at: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=161068680636951&set=a.161068617303624.38774.144718688938617&type=1&theater
