Fearrington artist Kim Werfel’s pastels are claiming awards! Winning Best of Show for her pastel “The
Lookout” and the Pastel Society of Virginia Award for “Queen of Swords” at the
2013 N.C. Statewide Juried Pastel Exhibition.
The Exhibition, on view at the Hickory Museum of Art in Hickory NC through August 18, 2013, is a wonderful opportunity to view juried works by members of three pastel societies across the
state.
