Art in the Park- Oct. 2014 Mark Your Calenders!

Artists Studios of Fearrington Village will once again hold our Art in the Village Event. We are moving to a new location- Camden Park! More shade and space! The art and fine crafts exhibit and sale will be even better than ever! Mark your calendars now for Art In the Park-  Sunday, Oct. 12th 10am-12pm. Rain date- Sunday, Oct. 19th. — at Fearrington Village.

ASFV Featured Artist: Ruta Schuller

Fearrington artist, Ruta Schuller's botanical drawings are featured in two upcoming events.

The book Exploring Southern Appalachian Forests,  An Ecological Guide to 30 Great Hikes in the Carolinas, Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia by Stephanie B. Jeffries and Thomas R. Wentworth, NCSU professors / editors is going to be published in mid-September. Included are 4-5 botanical plates each by three illustrators, including our own Ruta Schuller. The guide may be pre-ordered at www.uncpress.unc.edu
